What to complete
- Enter each team for the season, with age and gender category
- Register players (new players get a BUZ number automatically)
- Appoint coaches, team managers and medical personnel
- Upload your club and team logos
Bulk registration
Clubs with large rosters can import players and staff from a spreadsheet. Download the template in the portal, check the file, then confirm. Rows with errors are shown before anything is saved.
After the deadline
Late registrations need an exception approved by your provincial registrar or BUZ, with a written reason. Exceptions are recorded and audited.
